Cut the steak into thin slices and pound it well with a kitchen hammer. Season the meat and coat each piece well on both sides with mustard. Leave the meat prepared in this way for about 3 hours in the refrigerator.
After the required time has passed, briefly fry the meat in hot oil. Fry the finely chopped onion in the same pan. Fry for a few minutes, then add a little water to the bowl. Let the ingredients simmer for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the flour with cold milk. After making sure there are no lumps, add the cream, a spoonful of mustard and spices of your choice.
Add all that to the dish in which the steak is cooked. Allow the steak to boil together with the sauce for a few minutes.
Bon appetit!
