Ingredients:
  • 1 kg. Ronibet fresh pork
  • 600-700 g. Ronibet minced meat
  • 500 g. Ronibet Chicken Steak
  • 500 g. Mushrooms
  • 1 head of onion
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • As needed: salt, mixed dry seasoning, black pepper, red paprika.
Preparation:

1. Make small meatballs from the minced meat, and cut the chicken and pork into small cubes, and also chop the mushrooms and onions. With that, the preparation of the products is ready.

2. First fry the meatballs in a pan on fire and set them aside, in the same pan fry the pork and then the chicken meat, finally fry the onion in the pan and add the mushrooms.

3. Place the three types of meat together with the onion in a baking pan, add the wine, spices and enough water to cover the meat.

4. Bake at 230 degrees while reducing the liquid.
