  • 100 g. yellow cheese
Preparation:

1. Beat the meat so that it becomes thinner and with a larger surface.

2. Cover it with the cream and cream cheese.

3. Sprinkle it with pepper and salt, and you can add other spices as desired.

4. Arrange the bacon and roll it into a thin roll. Salt it again and sprinkle it with pepper.

5. Roll it in flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.

6. Fry it at a moderate temperature in pork lard.

7. After frying it, serve it and grate cheese on it.
