
Mix the onion, egg, bun and spices in one bowl and then divide them into two. Put one half in the chicken meat and the other in the mixed minced meat. Line the dish in which the meat will be baked with the pieces of bacon.
Put half of the mixed meat. Put chopped small cubes of pork shoulder and smoked sausage in the chicken meat. Place the whole minced chicken on top of the mixed pork, then the second half of the mixed meat. Bake at 200-220 degrees until the meat is red.
