Ingredients:
  • 500 g. Ronibet beef
  • 1 head of onion
  • 250 g. mushrooms
  • 500 g. new potatoes
  • 1 soup stock cube
  • salt as needed
  • oil as needed
  • 500 + 200 ml. water
Preparation:

In a deep pan with heated oil, put the chopped onion to fry, then add the chopped mushrooms and the meat cut in smaller pieces. Fry for about 10 min.

Then, add water and a soup stock cube and let it simmer for 1 hour. Next, add the potatoes cut into smaller pieces, add a little more water (about 1 cup) and let it simmer again for about 40 minutes.

If needed, add extra spice as desired and salt.
