
Turn the oven on the fan function at 180 degrees to heat up.
Coat the baking pan with butter. Drain the dried tomatoes and cut them into strips. Finely chop the garlic. Grate the parmesan and cut the mozzarella into cubes. Chop the basil. Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into several pieces, season it and fry it in heated olive oil. Take it out and put it in the pan.
Put the tomatoes to be fried in the same olive oil where the chicken was fried, sauté them and then put the garlic. Fry briefly and add the neutral cream. Bring to a boil, add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Add the basil and pour this sauce over the chicken in the pan. Arrange the mozzarella cubes on top and sprinkle with the parmesan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
