Ingredients:
  • 2 kg. Ronibet pork ribs
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of red wine
  • 1.5 tablespoons of mustard
  • a pinch of ground black pepper and bukov pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 3 teaspoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup
Preparation:

1. Season the meat to taste.

2. Mix balsamic vinegar, wine, black and red pepper, mustard, garlic and rosemary in a bowl. Coat the meat well with oil, then with the marinade. Rub well, massage the ribs and leave overnight.

3. The next day, put them in a baking pan, add a little water – about 200 ml., cover with foil and bake in a heated oven at moderate heat, for about 2-2.5 hours, until the meat is soft. During roasting, turn the meat over several times, and add water if necessary. At the end, coat it with the mixture of honey and ketchup and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
